The Role

As a Home Remodeling Sales Representative, you will go to homeowners' homes, understand their needs, and build a trusting relationship with them. You'll provide accurate quotes and follow up with homeowners as needed to close the sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in person to assess their remodeling needs and project goals
• Present SkyLinq Home's products, services, and solutions with confidence and professionalism
• Measure, estimate, and prepare accurate, competitive project proposals
• Explain scope of work, timelines, pricing, and financing options clearly
• Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and secure signed agreements
• Build strong customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Work closely with the production and project management teams for a smooth handoff
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Represent the SkyLinq Home brand with integrity and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• TDLR licensed
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or in-home sales 
• Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, remodeling processes, and pricing is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable using mobile devices, estimating software, and CRM tools
