Terms Of Service

Skylinq Home is a nationwide home-solutions platform that brings multiple trades under one brand, includingroofing, solar panel detach & reset (detach & reattach), EV charging, water filtration, energy-efficiencyupgrades (such as HVAC, windows, radiant barrier, and attic insulation), battery backup, security systems,patio structures, premium home upgrades, and insurance-claim assistance. We coordinate design, vendorselection, financing pathways, permitting support, installation oversight, and long-term support through ourvetted partner network.

The specific services, terms, pricing, and warranties applicable to your project will beset out in a separate written proposal, estimate, or service agreement ("Service Agreement").

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and any ServiceAgreement. If you request services for a property, you represent that you own the property or are otherwiseauthorized to approve the work.

Requesting a free consultation or submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a binding contract for services.

Any quotes, estimates, or proposals we provide are for informational purposes, are based on theinformation available at the time, and may be subject to inspection, site conditions, measurement, materialavailability, and change.

A binding agreement is formed only when you and Skylinq Home enter into a written Service Agreement.

The scope of work, materials, timeline, price, payment schedule, and warranty terms for your project will begoverned by your Service Agreement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed ServiceAgreement regarding a specific project, the Service Agreement controls for that project. Changes to the scopeof work may require a written change order and may affect pricing and timelines.

Skylinq Home may provide guidance on financing pathways and available incentives and may introduce you toindependent third-party financing providers (which may include EverBright, Palmetto, Thrive, LightReach,GoodLeap, EnFin, Climate First Bank, and Almika, among others). Skylinq Home is not a lender and does notprovide financial, tax, or legal advice.

Financing is offered by third parties under their own terms, rates, andapproval criteria, and any incentives, rebates, or tax credits are subject to eligibility requirements andapplicable law. You are responsible for reviewing and independently evaluating any financing offer or incentivebefore proceeding.

Where we assist with insurance-related work, Skylinq Home does not adjust claims, act as a public adjuster, orguarantee any claim outcome or coverage decision. All coverage determinations are made by your insurer. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to your insurer and for compliance with yourpolicy terms.

Prices for services are set out in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, deposits, progresspayments, and final payments are due as specified in that agreement. Late payments may be subject to feesand remedies permitted by law and the Service Agreement.

All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless otherwisestated. You are responsible for applicable taxes except where we are required to collect them.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property so that work can be performed, and todisclose known conditions that may affect the work (such as hazards, structural issues, or the location of utilities).

Where permits or approvals are required, we will coordinate as described in your Service Agreement, but issuance and timing are controlled by the relevant authorities and may affect the schedule. Skylinq Homeis not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Skylinq Home describes its services as fully insured, bonded, and warranted. The specific warranty coverage,duration, and limitations for your project—including any manufacturer warranties on products and anyworkmanship warranty—are set out in your Service Agreement and applicable manufacturer documentation.

Except as expressly provided in writing, all services and products are otherwise provided without additionalwarranties. Warranties may be voided by misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to maintain, or third-partywork.

If you apply for employment or to become a sales or installation partner through the Site, you agree to provideaccurate information. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, partnership, orcontract. Any partner relationship is governed by a separate written agreement.

When you submit information through Site forms, email, or phone, you agree that the information is accurateand that you have the right to provide it. You grant Skylinq Home permission to use the information you submitto respond to your request and provide services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidentialinformation of third parties without authorization.

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Siteor its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or bypassing securityfeatures such as Google reCAPTCHA; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (f) use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impairit.

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, the Skylinq and Skylinq Home names and marks,images, and design—are owned by or licensed to Skylinq Home and are protected by intellectual-propertylaws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without ourprior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of information we make available for that purpose.

The Site may link to third-party websites, platforms, and services, including social media pages on Instagram,Facebook, and YouTube, and financing partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the content,products, or practices of third parties. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THATINFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. THIS SECTION DOES NOTLIMIT WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SERVICE AGREEMENT OR ANY RIGHTS THATCANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYLINQ HOME AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS,EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL,ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMITLIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND LIABILITY ARISING FROMSERVICES WE PERFORM IS GOVERNED BY YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skylinq Home and its officers, members, employees, and agentsfrom and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees)arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law orthe rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any dispute-resolution terms in a signed Service Agreement, you agree that any dispute arising outof or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and youconsent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits either party's ability to seekrelief in small-claims court where available.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above andpost the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutesyour acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Service Agreement, constitute the entireagreement between you and Skylinq Home regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, theremaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver ofthat provision. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with amerger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
