The Role

As a Solar Sales Representative, you will go to homeowners' homes, understand their energy needs, and build a trusting relationship with them. You'll present solar solutions, provide accurate quotes, and follow up with homeowners as needed to close the sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Run company-provided appointments with homeowners in person
• Assess each homeowner's energy needs and explain how solar can benefit them
• Present SkyLinq Home's solar systems, pricing, and financing options clearly and professionally
• Provide accurate quotes and walk homeowners through the proposal
• Follow up with homeowners as needed to close the sale
• Build strong customer relationships that generate referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and keep accurate records in our CRM
• Represent the SkyLinq Home brand with integrity at all times

Qualifications

• TDLR licensed
• Experience in solar, home improvement, or in-home sales preferred
• Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable using mobile devices and CRM tools
